Non-smoking rooms with air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, private entrance, flat-screen TV, desk, wardrobe, ironing facilities and tiled floors. Free Wi-Fi throughout the rooms.
Full private bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, towels, slippers, hairdryer, free toiletries and toilet paper. Careful attention to hygiene in every area.
Free private parking directly at the property, with no reservation required and space also available for vans. Private entrance for easy, discreet access.
Generous breakfast with fresh coffee, milk, yogurt, cereals, cheese, our own cooked ham, packaged pastries and fresh oranges for freshly squeezed juice. Shared kitchen and common areas include fridge, freezer, microwave and TV.
Pets are allowed on request, with possible surcharge. Languages spoken: English and Italian.
